Discovery & Consultation
We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your vision, budget, timeline, and site. This is where we establish alignment and determine whether we're the right fit for your project.

Design & Pre-Construction
Working alongside you, your architect and design team — and/or our trusted partners — we will work with you to plan and execute all of the required pre planning tasks necessary for construction to begin.

Construction
Our on-site superintendent manages every phase of construction with precision. You receive regular updates, scheduled walkthroughs, and direct access to David throughout the build.

Delivery & Beyond
We don't hand you keys and disappear. Our delivery process includes a thorough punch-list walkthrough, a complete home orientation, and ongoing support well after move-in.
